John Wayne signed letter

I was stationed at Fort Polk in 1971 and read an artical in a hunting mag from John Wayne. Sent him a letter and recived this typed letter back. Trying to find out if this is his signiture. Is it worth the $100 to see if it is it authentic. And what it is worth. Like to put it on ebay or sell it to a good collector. Thanks for any help ya can give me
