This appears to prove that, if both of these are in fact donated by Dylan himself that, both Examples in question in this thread are authentic, It appears that Matt Arkin may not sign his name the same each time, and we have already established the Providence of the original photo in this thread is from the same auction house that has been authenticated as well, I see this time and time again on this platform where authentic items have been deemed “no good” and the opposite as well, I think this goes to show if you want something definitively authenticated, you should by all means send it off to a reputable authentication house. It seems to me in this thread alone. There is enough evidence to prove the Providence and authentication of the original item in question as well as yours David Larry. But unfortunately, they’re also seems to be as many people denying the evidence presented or simply stating that yours is authentic, while the original in this thread is not, it does seem as though those people may just be biased, but either way my original comment stands that if you do, in fact, want something to be authenticated you should contact a reputable authentication company. Because to be real honest, tomorrow is never promised to us. If something should happen to any of us and our collections end up falling into the hands of our loved ones. They are going to be forced To spend a small fortune authenticating all of it. Otherwise, they will only get a fraction of what it’s worth.

"I think this goes to show if you want something definitively authenticated, you should by all means send it off to a reputable authentication house." - Those TPG's have passed forgeries, secretarials, preprints etc. Best to do your own extensive continuous research. In one of my areas, PSA did remove all the secretarials and forgeries they had up on the Jackie Gleason Facts Page after I showed them my research (below), leaving only 2 authentic examples. However, on The Honeymooners Facts Page, the authentic Gleason's are outnumbered by 1 secretarial (Sydell Spear) and 2 forgeries of Spear secretarials ,leaving just 2 authentic Gleason signatures. I do not use these companies. They have to answer to stockholders. No one cares more about your autographs than you.

The point of my comment is that the collector world trusts these Authentication houses and I want to say 90% of the collectors out there will only buy if they’re authenticated by these companies, the other 10% will buy what you have if it’s not authenticated but you’re again you’re only going to get a fraction of what it’s actually worth. It would be beneficial to go ahead and have them authenticated by the top rated authentication companies. To dismiss that claim is Reckless to loved ones that will one day acquire your collection.

Again I’m not disregarding your claim, I believe that maybe 10% me or even 15% that come out of these reputable companies might be inaccurate to say the least, but to disregard the claim that having them authenticated by these “reputable” organizations will increase the value or claim that it’s not worth it is just ignorance.
