Premiere Collectibles Complaint Thread

I was contacted directly by Premiere Collectibles regarding the comment I left about Premiere on the Bob Dylan refund thread and have replied providing details on their botched attempt at handling cancelation requests once it was known these books were in fact autopenned. I was hoping to link the other post that was created as well but I am unable to locate it.

Would you guys be willing to post any problems you have had with Premiere in the past. It is possible they may hear our complaints now and possibly make a change in the way they handle themselves in the future. It seems they are willing to listen so if you feel as though you haven't been heard in the past, this may be another chance to speak your mind.

I tried to cancel my order at Premier Collectibles after I noticed the autograph would be on a bookplate and not the book itself. I received an email they had to ask their supervisor to cancel the order. Do they always do this?

They started this with the Bob Dylan autopens and only canceled when the backlash was too huge to ignore. Claimed it was impossible on their end until suddenly it wasn't. I haven't trusted them since. Only made purchases when it was something I was absolutely sure I wanted and had jsa to authenticate and back it up, which honestly is a nice touch but they are still close to secondary market pricing (or even above somethimes). You should be able to see your item first hand before it ships only if you agree on the signature unlike retail. It is what it is though. Know their limitations and expect the signature to be vastly different than their stock photos.

I'm guessing they will get back to you saying they wernt able to cancel blaming their supervisor said it wasn't possible lol. But let's see. Please keep us updated
