They're outrageous in terms of shipping cost, slow to process orders, and have generally bad communication. But Rizzoli at least usually packs items well.  I guess I'd rather pay $25 to have 2 books arrive safely than $8 to have them show up dinged to hell in a padded mailer.

yeah i ordered 2 copies to make the ridiculous shipping charge seem a little better, only for them to write and say there was a limit of 1 per person, and cancel one. ended up being $30 shipping for one copy. still glad I caught it though
