Here is the description from the auction house.

”The Beatles: A 1964 signed 'Beatles Round the World' No, 1 magazine. Dedicated 'Love From The Beatles' with four signatures in blue and black ink, the magazine published by the AMCE News Co, New York, together with a certificate of authenticity from Bud's Autographs, New York.”

Absolutely. Personally, I would estimate around 20% of auction houses I contact amend or withdraw the listing. The vast majority completely ignore the warning.
