I contacted them since the description said "hand-stamped". Here is their reply: Thanks for getting in touch, the card will be both hand signed and hand stamped by Glen.

This Thursday April 23rd we’re hosting a livestream of the full ‘Making Of Don+t Settle’ Documentary! The short film features footage from the Funkhaus concerts as well as interviews with Glen, the band, and fans. Also, for the duration of this livestream only, ‘Don+t Settle - (Vol 2. Transmissions West)’ will be available to pre-order ahead of its official announcement date and vinyl copies will be exclusively signed by Glen!
The event will begin at 7pm BST/2pm ET/11am PT. You must preorder the album through our GH.com webstore or purchase a free ticket from here https://glen-hansard.myshopify.com/.../making-of-don-t... by 6pm BST/1pm ET/10am PT on the day (23rd) to ensure access to the livestream (and to the 24 hour playback option in case you can’t make it to the live event). If you preordered the album before the above deadline, you can use the email address you used to purchase it to access the livestream
