Steve, sorry but that's not clear enough for me to comment on. I can't get the feel of the writing, and can't tell if it could be part of the image.

Yes I know red on red is tough.  It probably needs to be seen in person, Thanks.  

I dont believe it is secretarial, but there are also not enough positives for me to believe it is authentic

The images are so poor that they tell me the seller has something to hide—and I know that Elvis's sweater and shirt in the photo, as printed on the back of the album, were not printed sharply on the album cover. But Elvis's face and other areas are normally sharp, but this one isn't. The autograph is signed in red on the red sweater, but Elvis always tried to be careful where he signed, and would want to sign a photo like this on the blue background. Signing in red ink on a similar red background is not what I'd ever expect him to do. 

I think this is very likely a fraudulent piece. If you can't get large, crisp images to post, don't buy it.
