Is that a wow because it is cheap or because it is expensive?

Expensive.

Not too expensive for a group signed HDN, IMHO.

It seems like a great deal for the buyer. I don’t think the seller is too happy.

PPM is the most commonly signed Beatles LP, going in good condition usually in the US$30,000 and above range (I have seen superlative ones reach $90,000). After With the Beatles, fully signed copies tend to be found in single digits, therefore the price goes up accordingly compared with PPM. I think the record is a Sgt Pepper that was more than a couple of hundred thousand. I once conservatively estimated that a set of fully signed UK Beatles LPs (minus the ones for which there is no known example like Yellow Sub and Let it Be) would be in the $1 million plus range and take a couple of decades to collect, according to availability on the market.

The price is about what I'd expect, considering the deep toning on the back and the less-than-ideal Ringo placement. A problem-free one would be worth $60K+ more.

I think there are more Hard Days Night band-signed albums than people may expect. One dealer reportedly had more than 5 not many years ago. That's unusual for Beatles.
