Axl Rose graphic novel with a bunch of swag. Need to get Tier 5 to get the autograph. A little pricey but I haven’t seen a Axl here before. Maybe there has been one.

Hello,
We have received news that there was progress with the one item missing from the tier 5s. We are currently waiting for them to get delivered to our office. As soon as we have them in hand, we will send out an email blast letting everyone know. I appreciate your continued patience, and you should not have to wait much longer.

assuming the 'one item missing' is Axl's scribble,
he and the band are on tour until the week before Xmas (Tour – Guns N' Roses), so it could easily be 2027.

I asked them to cancel my order bc I got tired of waiting. They did but did not refund. Theyve been ignoring my emails for a refund ever since. Credit card says its too late to dispute.
Garbage company.Aint life grand. $350 stolen.

Update - they finally refunded me (minutes after I posted this) and after I copied their legal team and every other email I could find on their website. They said it was a shopify glitch…glad to be done with this debacle. Never again!

Ahhh I hate that ol Shopify glitch where your refund request emails disappear until someone complains publicly, then they suddenly reappear instantly, always happens... Also hate that Shopify glitch where your products don't get shipped for months, stupid Shopify! And worst of all tbe Shopify glitch where Axl Rose doesn't sign items, hate when that happens... God damned Shopify, always causing problems. 😂

There are 5 email addresses on their website - demand a refund and copy them all - that got me an immediate response - Im talking within minutes. All my previous emails to the “orders@“ were ignored.

Thank you id tried 3 no reply,had a message on some saying theyd respond in a certain time frame thats lomg gone though. Guess it was all a scam unfortunately?
