Beatles, Neil, Mal or a Combination?

Pages from an article on The Beatles. When I first looked at them I thought these are by Neil.  Correct assessment or are they a mix of the Beatles, Neil and Mal? Any other thoughts?

It’s all Beatles IMO. They were cut from the Spring, 1963 tour program.

Neither Mal nor Neil. The Beatles themselves, in their own handwriting. Beautiful BTW
