Thorsten, that looks real to me. It's unusual but it definitely looks like Paul's writing.

Perhaps drunken with his right feet. 😉

There might be one letter looking similar but on all my 100s of samples there was never such curve from the m underneath his name. 

Without a story explaining where and when or the circumstances of the signing such COA is worthless especially if you certify a complete mess of a signature. I dont believe this could be authentic.

I dont see any way this style can be authenticated, I certainly would not trust it unless I got it in person.

That is not a "Real" Epperson COA IMHO.  I have many of Roger's COAs in my collection. None of them look like the one shown in the photo in the listing.
