Here's another forged 500 Homerun Club baseball that sold on EBay.

It was sold for $515.55.

$515.55 down the toilet.

These are ugly and horrid-looking forgeries.

It's 2026 and people are still buying garbage like this.

Greats finds, Steve.

I was trying to perform a "Beckett Authentication Lookup," but evidently it is down.

I just did a "Authentication Verification" on the JSA Number "XX21853" and it returns to Joe Schuster and Kirk Alyn signed book.

Steve, ferreira_ricardo is a thief, a complete fraudster. The LOA is from a Mantle Mill Creek Sports is selling. They both have the same number AA00293. I can't get Beckett's lookup to work right now or I'd point there.

Steve, Beckett's "Look-Up" was down on Wednesday when I attempted to check on that Mantle.

They are definitely getting very creative and people are spending more and more money on these fake items. As the forgeries improve the amount paid is noticeably higher.

Chris, there's no excuse for that. It's a forger's dream come true.

Forgery with a Tony Podsada machine-signed Mickey Mantle forgery. Every one we've seen has been signed on inkjet photos, on paper that came out after Mantle died. (signed in Sharpie)

The genuine BAS LOA for a genuine Mantle at Mill Creek Sports:

This is the full forged-signed photo on eBay:

Here's a closeup of the signature (as large as they saved it. Notice the choppiness of the curves on the left of the M's. Those are from being signed with a plotter-type device:

Looks jagged on the curves.
