Need help id'ing this sports Autograph.

Hello,

I found this at my Uncle's home.  He got it in a lot during a charity auction and I have no clues other than we are from Indiana so it could be pacers, but not sure. 

Any help is appreciated.

I think it's supposed to be Stephen Jackson, but it doesn't look quite right to me.
