"Every good wish" is an inscription Count Basie used.

There's an exemplar floating around online.

But the signature here doesn't really resemble the one there.

Yea thanks, Maybe someone can match it I cant tell I think its from the 50's but not sure?

It may be the signature of singer Carol Brice.
