Tom Waits help. Is it real?

hard to tell. Tom has a wide variety of signature types as would seem appropriate for him.

Knowing when it "was" signed could help narrow it down as his autos have morphed significantly through time.

Being a stamp collector and big Tom fan I'm really curious to nail this one down.

This one was signed in the early 2000s not after 2004. Thanks for any help anyone could give.
