That was my answer.  If I wanted to make personal claims, I would.  However, being curious is not "throwing mud".

Why the information regarding the cases was not mentioned before when the same questions were asked is beyond me.

Asking the question is all of the research I'm going to do.

It's not a case of assuming the items were authentic. The insight you provided sheds more light on the situation for me.

I ( and others ) just wanted to know if the same material in question was used in the court case(s).  It's a valid question.

I'm glad someone finally provided some info.

I don't have any desire to get involved in the posters you mentioned.  It's not my area. That's between you and Sipe. My opinion on the items wouldn't matter one way or the other. If they aren't authentic, then that would be a question for the authenticator. Thus making it an issue between Sipe and the authenticator.

Like many others here, I had a natural curiousity regarding the items being talked about in this thread. I take Roger's opinion as being solid.  I hope that Garry and the other dealers do the same. What's interesting now is the actions of this super secret board of directors and their actions.

Hopefully, Garry doesn't have anything to do with the actions of the AFTAL board. Maybe he can shed some more light on WHY the behaviors manifested as they have.

If I'm the only person who thought you were trying to incite suspicion, I'd be surprised. You were not asking questions. You wer throwing out accusations thinly veiled as questions.

As for looking at the signed posters I asked you to, it was because you made a claim about how relaible claimed in-person autographs are. What could be more reliable than ones where the signings were supposedly witnessed by an authenticator from you own company?

Steven Spielberg or John Williams aren't your area? You're a major Raiders of the Lost Ark and Star Wars collector. At one time you almost lived on the Star Wars site, RebelScum.com. You can't render an opinion on Spielberg and Williams in person autographs witnessed by your own company to prove your point?

It would be nice to hear from Garry King when he is allowed to come out from the "cone of silence" regarding what role and in what context and in what the subject matter was or wasn't.  Hearing some general claims from a "surrogate" doesn't do it for me.. 

Frankly, I'm surprised at some of cyrkin's accusations....  Aside from  this being the wrong place for it.  Mysigner, I believe, has stated numerous times 1.  he is not his boss and 2. it is not his company. Brandon, feel free to correct me if I am incorrect.

Publishing his email communication ought to be done in the appropriate thread and trying to make such a weak argument as to why you did it here is just amazing.

Steve, you always assume people are up to no good. How DARE anyone ask a question. Here is the look of concern on my face in the face of any suspicions :/

Maybe Garry should have just answered the questions. Maybe you can answer them since you know him so well.

I've never claimed to know Spielberg or Williams. Not once. In fact, I had to buy my Spielberg from Trish Hessey.

I wasn't there when the posters were signed or not signed. So, how could I claim otherwise? I really don't know. Until proven otherwise, it's simply a YOU vs Steve Sipe issue to me. Nothing new there.

So as far as my opinion on them. I don't know. There is your answer. Now, let the real experts on those names decide.

As far as in- person autographs go. How can any of us claim to know when we weren't there? I know what NASCAR autographs I saw signed myself those are the items I obtained in-person. Unless we were there when the items were signed, We have to trust the people who claim they got them signed, or the experts who opinionate on them.

What's wrong with inquiring if Garry based his authentication opinions off of items he purchased vs items he obtained himself. When I use my exemplars, it's only from items I obtained myself. Isn't that how it is supposed to be? Did I ever say that made him a bad guy? A bad dealer? NOPE!

You can defend Garry all you want. I don't mind. I even understand it. Like I said, I hope he is the greatest dealer alive. I really hope he comes out against the actions of the AFTAL just like you did. Still,, the questions I have are the same.

It's not my fault if you don't agree or like the question(s).

DB, you are correct. I make ZERO money from any authentication opinions. Even those done for Global. I have stood against Sipe when needed and with
Him when deserved.


He is NOT my boss.
My area is NASCAR. plain and simple. I don't believe I have ever stood behind Sipe or other Global experts when they are clearly in the wrong. In fact, I have questioned things myself. Sipe is just too decent of a man to act the way other certain people do.

It's O.K. As we know. Anyone is fair game. Ask questions of anyone....except of Garry King. I sure hope that Garry offers the same loyalty if the AFTAL decides that this site is meaningless drivel. If he is the man that we are TOLD he is, he will do what's right......right??????

Carl, I can only answer for the NASCAR items

He does see the NASCAR items that I am sent. The items are submitted to him and he forwards them to me. That's how we have worked it out. I don't want to know who the submitter is. Why? i never want to be called biassed.

I really don't know about the other items. I guarantee that he would answer that question if you asked him though.

I have made it clear to him that I didn't like many of the opinions rendered on some non- NASCAR items. Still, as far as the NASCAR items go, he does exactly as I have asked. I try to do what is right for the customer. Nobody here would ever imagine the amount of fake NASCAR items sent in each year.

I hope that helps. It's not much of a detailed answer, but its truthful.

What happened to the 100% video and photo evidence that was to be presented at Autographica???

Why are AFTAL relying on alledged sworn statements? that are being supplied by persons that are alledged forgers?

If no one discredits or objects to the statements the court has no choice but to go with the sworn statements

AND THEN the world is flooded with more MJ forgeries AND the alledged forgers can continue to create more forgeries - with the blessings of not just AFTAL but also the British Justice system!!!

The start of another Heston debacle where there are now more secretarial/forged Hestons in existence than real ones and the forged ones become the real ones????

If only 2 or 3 of these were sold why would anyone need lawyers?  I think we are talking a lot of product here and BIG money!  If they admit that the MJ are bad then that would lead to Paul McCartney which would lead to many many more.

you had best wait till AFTAL advise if Jacksons are correct and in that case Roger Epperson is wrong

Then if they state Jacksons are ok you may get a deal on those that Dominic Manning is selling

No, I will only be buying one from you, Jason, or other in-person dealers I trust.

Personally, I will stay away from ANY AFTAL dealers that I don't know.
