On December 2, Julien's Auctions is selling The Collection of Tompkins and Bush. The collection contains 465 lots of Michael Jackson memorabilia, 287 of them autographed.

Michael Bush and the late Dennis Tompkins were Michael Jackson's costume designers for 25 years, during Jackson's most successful period. They were the consignors of the signed Thriller jacket that Julien's sold for $1,800,000 in June 2011.

Almost all of the autographs in the Tompkins and Bush sale are a variation I'm not familiar with. I've only been looking at Jackson's autograph for a few years, though, and we have members here who have collected him for decades, so I'd appreciate your input and exemplars.

If you know Michael Jackson's autograph well, please look at a few images below from the auction and let me know what you think. Even better, browse the auction and upload any similar examples you have: http://www.julienslive.com/view-auctions/catalog/id/77/

Julien's is the world's premier auction house for Michael Jackson memorabilia, so they would know his autograph better than most of us. I'm just surprised I haven't seen this style before.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry wont let me load, need to post link, http://twitpic.com/bf0t3y/full

lower image to right Bush explain she is name is in many garments,,,

Since when do Michael Jackson's custom made costumes created specially for his short films get sent to a hotel dry cleaning service?

i dont see this comment,

"Anyone in the field of appraising and/or selling signatures would NOT be blindsided or bamboozled by this obvious manifestation of forgery by the Hundreds!"

its here somewhere,, i agree 1000% it takes two to tango, it should not about how many dollars roll in with 35% commission, its about how many millions others are being deceived out of!! Juliens sold a "Thriller" jacket last year for nearly two million dollars, here are the sigs http://twitpic.com/bf0wrp/full what do you think about these Steve, Mr Frost??

Ok--Now I have confirmation--I am posting my signed personalized 8x0 michael signed for me..noticew how the TO in To Dave..is vastly different than the one here they sold for jesus 1.8 MM..now-I just checked with gottahaveit.com rock auctions and they currently have two MJ autographes with TO sigend exactly as mine. the persomalization of TO doesnt match at all....This was signed for me i nthe early 90s ///

I would have to say in my professional opinion the 'Thriller" jacket you have posted was signed by the same person that has signed this two photographs.

i've only just seen this signed Thriller jacket yesterday but those signatures are NOT Michael's. come now.. he would have signed his most iconic jacket with an equally impressive spectacular flamboyant signature.

what crooks!

i am shocked beyond belief.

I believe that both Wendy and Steve felt that photo number one here was authentic?
Would you guys agree that photo number two is also authentic?
If so I would think you would have no problem with the Thriller jacket.

Mike,

Please post the images you're referring to.

A través de TeamMichael777. Sr.  Steve esto es de Dave, que es autógrafo a partir de 1994.
