Horrific fake. Par for the course. HUTA

Bill is right.  Pretty bad.  Bill, I'm not even sure this was signed by a lefty.

I haven't seen any like this. It has some genuine characteristics but I wouldn't want it even if I saw him sign it.

I think that is the point. none of us have seen anything like it, so how can it be authenticated?  I honestly don't see one positive in it.

They'd need similar, solid exemplars. They probably have styles we don't, but I'm surprised about this one. Honestly, I think it may be real but wildly atypical. I think it was a mistake to cert it, even if it's good, though. Whoever buys it is bound to be disappointed if they ever try to sell it.

"I think it was a mistake to cert it, even if it's good, though."

Seriously????? PSA asks $100 to do the LOA on Obama and then they should say... we believe it to be real... but we cant cert. it.. that would be a mistake.. even if its legit. Sorry no refunds. I gotta a feelin everyone would say it was fake if they didnt see the PSA sticker at the bottom...

in this case the PSA sticker doesn't make me feel any better about it.

Might be just me, but the PSA sticker almost never makes me feel better about any autograph.

Makes me look at the signature again to see if they messed up.

I don't understand your comment that you wouldn't want it even if you saw him sign it.  Why not? I would.

I reviewed examples of his signature online and see characteristics that look good and some bad. I think there is a chance it is legit.

.. id want it if i saw him sign it for sure!!! .. the problem is in that case, it would be free... in this case, the seller has to be asking at least $600... Ive seen a ton of authentic Obamas and none of them have had so many things "wrong" with it... It COULD be legit, but id say its a slim chance... a PSA sticker doesnt make a fake autograph authentic...

I agree with that 100%. When I first started collecting, I thought PSA cert meant authentic, without question. I know better now.

In this case, I would love to have gotten it in person but would not pay $75 for it.
