The photo I am looking at has the last part of Taylor cutoff in the scan.

Can you resend the photo so I can evaluate the whole signature

I do not  have any secretarial lizes, but after checking the "Elizabeth" against my authentic exemplars, I think that the above signed photo could be placed in that category.
