Many of you kind guys helped me with the purchase of George, Ringo and Paul's signatures a couple of weeks ago. I said I would be looking for a John to go with them. Any thoughts on this one? Does the fact that it was sold through Christies previously actually mean anything?

I believe that Lennon is authentic.  Prob from '63

yep for sure all in the hand of john. if it was sold at christies within the last 10 yrs. they are good. but i  have seen a few items sold through them in the early to mid 90's that were sold as the beatles sigs. at the time, but were actually neil aspinalls work or malcom evans doing the signing.

I have looked at these and believe that they are genuine as described.

Thanks, seller looking for quite a lot though? Opinions?

I would say its a fair price considering the scarcity of the item.   Lennon did not sign for the others very often.

Thanks. I'm just basing my comment on price on what I paid for the three others all together.

Any other thoughts about the authenticity or price?

It definitely looks authentic to me. I think the price is a bit high considering that there are fold lines through the autographs and the pages are stuck to another page. However, the seller is accepting offers.

What would you say was a fair price? I know that's a difficult question...

I'm not sure what to advise you on that. I do see that the seller has turned down eight offers over a period of one month, so you might not be able to get much of a discount.

I did ask...... looking for £1300 GBP

Yup...these are all signed by John Lennon...
