I probably shouldn't waste anyone's time with this one . . . but does anyone have any opinions about what's for sale from this seller?  A moderate sized selection of music items, all with low, low minimum bids.

Ebay seller: king.benny

I took a look at the Guns N' Roses item, and the big thing that struck me was the supposed date the (incredibly nice) autographs were acquired.  Supposedly the autographs were acquired backstage at Dublin's O2 arena on Sept. 1, 2010.  That's an odd proclamation, as that is a show that went notoriously BAD.  The band showed up hours late and actually left the stage early in the performance after meeting a hail of bottles and other items thrown on the stage.

Yeah, that's par for the course for Ebay.  At least the UK side of things reacts somewhat better.  Seriously, this stuff ain't hard to figure out.  All top name musicians, all fully, perfectly signed.  Details that don't make any sense.  None of the signatures look right, all appear to be in the same hand.  Really not rocket science.

So after reporting this guy to Ebay twice, having 2 long chats with Ebay people, they did fcuk all and he made a killing.
Why couldn't they just suspend the sale, this will make him even more determined to come back in the future

Sadly, this is just too common.  You'll see people list questionable sellers, along with ones we can confidently call forgers, all the time.  No matter how certain we are that they're dirty, they stay alive and kicking way, way too long.

ebay is greedy. they allow all this to sell as they get a neat 10-12% on entire transaction value for ebay fees and paypal fees. They would keep turning a blind eye.

anytime it is a private listing it smells 90% fake. King.Benny does not want us to see how many GNR posters he signed with autopen and faked and sold for GBP 10 to 40 range, Who in the right mind would sell an authentic signature for 1/10th of what it would go for. I asked him about a few items few months ago and his answers were always off. He was worried on the fact that i would anyway not buy and was asking too many things.

Stay away!!
