Authentic Paul & Linda McCartney autographs?

Someone was offering this on ebay, I messaged the seller and placed a bid of $65 (item was newly listed). Later I recived a message from eBay saying the item didn't follow ebay's guidelines. Autograph was on McCartney II record and came with "new world tour" concert program (1993) and ticket stub. opinions? Ebay seller was tintinitus

It definitely doesn't look authentic to me.
