Ringo Cut Signature Opinions

I see these all the time on ebay. I know he signed for gartland in the 90's. I didn't know if these might be from that? Anyone know the history of these? Thanks for any help.

They were most likely signed for the 1996 Gartlan Abbey Road figurine.
