What do you guys think of this? Its not for sale, but i found it on an archive site, where it was sold as Paul McCartneys signature.

I'm not sure its signed by Paul....but it does look alot like Georges 'Paul' signatures.

Any opinions?

I don't think it was signed by either Paul or George.

On first look...it could be a secretarial...however it does look a lot like Paul's 1962 signature, do a search on google and take a look....the "paul" looks very good....the "McCartney" looks very odd.

The way the "P" is written doesn't look quite right to me. Also, the "Y" doesn't appear to have been formed correctly. It's sort of combined with the "E". Portions of the signature also look slowly written to me. Just my opinion.

I dont think it looks anything like any of his signatures.

Here are half a dozen examples of Paul's signature in this particular early style...this one looks to be modelled on these !...I think this particular "P" didnt arrive until later in 1963.

the "a" is consistent with the authentic examples, and its what most forgers screw up, I think.

i dont think it is real by any beatle.

Not signed by Macca...

Here's some examples of Pauls signature done by George.

Exactly quite similar to the image I posted. Especial the Cc.

No beatle involvement in that signature IMO.
