there is no way to tell from this photo, its small and not clear.  but from what I see, I dont like the spacing between the P and a, nor the formation of the l.  If you can post a larger, higher resolution photo, maybe you will get some concrete responses.

on my computer, the "Y" line that comes back under his name looks shaky in the photo.

I also see problems with the spacing on this one, and the "Y" line does indeed look shaky.

Even though the image is very small it still appears that it is not authentic.  It has several tell-tale signs.
