"The Auto Scouts" are a HUGE forgery ring that runs via eBay. That site is bullcrap thrown together in a day. Here's another discussion that pointed out tons of sellers slanging these horrific forgeries all over eBay:

Looks like the "Auto Scouts" are no longer showing their bullcrap made-up "COA" in auctions anymore...they are simply staying their horrific forgeries "Come with COA" and don't even mention or show a picture of the COA. (which is worthless anyway).

Here is an "Auto Scouts" seller murraynoseallhaha who has a full lot of these cheap ugly forgeries they sell. Notice how the COA is gone now? (Because of this thread I'm sure...) Just another example of how forgeries always try to stay one step ahead...

eBay seller tillmanconcept is another seller of these crap balls. As I said earlier, because of this thread they are no longer showing their "Auto Scouts" piece of crap COA in the pictures, they are merely mentioned it "comes with COA"

Take a look at what "The Auto Scouts" webpage reads, as they try to cover their ass. I'M CRYING LAUGHING:

"PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I PLACE MY COAS ON MY OWN ITEMS OBTAINED IN PERSON AND I HAVE NOTICED CHATTER ON THE WEB ABOUT MY ITEMS. THE ONES SHOWN ON EBAY " ARE NOT MINE " SOMEONE HAS MADE COPIES OR WENT AND GOT THE SAME COA PRINTED OFF AT A PRINT SHOP AND ARE FORGING ALL INFO ON THESE COAS!!! THE ITEMS WERE NOT DONE BY ME.
