Kinda hard to see the Mantle, but they both look good IMO.

Yeah sorry, its a bit faded and I can't get a great picture haha. I've looked at several KNOWN authentic signatures and mine has all the characteristics. Thanks again!

Is it the two dots terrier?  And the T in Ted?  I looked at this for awhile.  But I did some comparisons and thought it might be real.

the d and the a formation, the transition into the W, pen pressure.  I would not buy this.

I did too and compared it to several known authentic pieces. What the collector told me is that 3 balls I bought (Williams, Jeter, Arod were signed in private signings. The Jetrr has a Steiner and MLB COA/holo and the Arod has an ASI COA. Not sure if does anything to back up the Williams auto, but maybe he put more detail with more time in a private signing?

Now that you mention that Terrier, it is quite "bold". After going through my exemplars it does compare to this forgery:

Mike, it may be worth it to do a PSA "Quick Opinion" on it, which is less than $10. I am back and forth on this one.

The mantle looks good. The only thing I don't like about the Williams is the "a" is open.

Look at the "a" on this one.

also the baseline.  many of williams singed balls had an inconsistent baseline, like the one in the JSA photo.

I've been doing research myself, the Williams looks very similar to several UDA ones that were signed in private sittings. If I were to guess I'd say that's the origin of this ball. You guys think it's worth having sent in?$
