Red hot chilli peppers signed guitar

Hi everyone,

I've just moved back into a house I'd rented out and the preview tenant had more money than sense. He also had no good manners and upped and left, using me as some sort of free house clearance service.p, telling me I could keep whatever was left there.

So there's this guitar that's been under my bed for a year now and I've never thought to look at the signatures. Until yesterday, when I saw the name "Flea"

Google tells me this is therefore the RHCP who have signed this. I hate guitars and the RHCP and therefore have no idea of its value. eBay tells me everything from £400 to £2000. Which isn't helpful.

So here are some pics. I'd appreciate any advice you can give me.

Hi Jackie,

Although i am not positive, and id wait for others to comment, i dont believe the signatures on this guitar are authentic. They dont look like any other RHCP signatures i have seen before.

But im sure others will chime in

Jackie these are not authentic Chili Peppers autographs. You will not find any kind of "official verdict" here. This site is full of competent and incompetent, but mostly all well meaning autograph collectors. If you want some sort of validation on paper you can pay to have it looked at by a third party authenticator. Just do a google search to find those type of companies.

I just have to agree with the others. This guitar is not signed by RHCP. I have attached a picture of my Californication CD that I got in person.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll just sell it as a normal old guitar then. Any idea what model it is? I know it's an Aria STG, but no idea on the model number
Also, what sort of money should it fetch? Hoping there are some guitar experts here too!
