autograph help

i received an autographed baseball a few years ago as  a gift and i cannot determine who actually signed the ball.  looking for some assistance in figuring out the name on the ball.

the ball itself was from the Gene Budig commissioner period if that helps date the signature.

I glanced at this autographed baseball fifteen minutes ago and was not even sure if it was a baseball player who signed it.  Great job Chris.
