This is yet ANOTHER "The Auto Scouts" seller, eBay professional scammer eastcoastgraphing1424 who has switched to this bogus "COA" they made on their computer. I've posted 2 other examples of this "COA" that went by different names.

These guys are just sickening.

Same crap I've exposed 1,000 times, eBay and wannabe autograph collectors love this crap. This forgery ring has profited HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars and nothing is being done about it.
