QUEEN, fully signed incl Freddie Mercury - Real or fake?

Any help with this fully signed Innuendo album would be much appreciated!

The story is that this were signed at the EMI office in London, to be used as promotion for the release of Innuendo in feb 1991.

Please let me know if you think this is good or bad!

Yeah, they do looked stamped. I'd  be leery about something signed so close to Freddie's death as well.  I am sure he signed stuff but I feel like there are way too many signatures of his apparently from the year of his death.
