Hi what's everyone think of this David Bowie? It looks pretty good to me but looking at the seller's feedback he has sold a load of David Bowie's which makes me wonder if he is just a good forger. It is amazing if it's real.

Little hard to see the contrast on the LP, but Im leaning toward real.  I got Bowie that same year on an LP in NYC and it looks pretty close IMO.  Im basing it by the only time I got one from him in person. I am no Bowie expert however.

I'd be concerned about the quantity of Bowies he's sold at moderate prices, too.  I suppose it's possible that he's just a Bowie-heavy collector.

Unless he is related or stalks him. Its very strange he has sold so many Bowie autographs. There were about 11 on the first page of feedback where I stopped. I consider him a tough undervalued autograph, not sure if genuine but VERY suspicious.

I think it's good

Thanks for all your opinions guys. It does look good to me but I agree that Bowie is a rare signer so it is highly suspicious that this guy has managed to obtain so many (and on such desirable items too). I have found an example of Bowie signing 'Best wishes' which fits well with the one being sold however.

Thought you guys might have been interested in how the auction ended - winning bid was £266 so hope it's genuine for the buyer's sake!

This looks good to me.

Eric
