Paul McCartney Authenticity

Hey everybody! New poster here. I wanted to purchase a Paul McCartney autograph and I stumbled upon this http://www.ioffer.com/i/paul-mccartney-legend-rocker-autographed-ha...

I know its iOffer...I asked the guy if there were any more details I could have and he sent me this

I purchased the autograph on ebay in 2012. I offer a money back guarantee if not as described.

I realize he bought it from ebay and the problems I am sure many people have had with ebay and iOffer and websites like those. The seller has 4 and 5 star ratings. I'm not sure what to think as I am new to the autograph field and don't wanna get ripped off. It seems like a too good to be true price, but I'm no expert! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Also, what kind of throws me off of this is the part where he says "I also offer a money back guarantee if not as described."

I asked why he is selling pretty low compared to others and he said

I am selling off my collection as I stated in the ad.I know he is valuable but if I price him too high then I will have to wait a long time to sell him and I need to reduce my collection. If you want to offer more, I will gladly accept it.
