Hi there guys, I'm a complete newbie on here so please be gentle. What's brought me to this site is an increasingly sinking feeling regarding purchases I made between 2004-07 at the Antiquities Las Vegas store......
I live in England and had the pieces shipped home after purchase. The ones I am most concerned about are:
A Beatles abbey road apparently signed by all 4
A John Lennon picture
A Paul McCartney signed album cover
A pink floyd 'dark suede of the moon' apparently signed by all 4
A Led Zeppelin 'IV' apparently signed by all 4

I'm including the pictures below to throw open to discussion (apart from zep IV as I don't have the pics).
Now, each piece comes with a certificate of 'authentication' attached to the back, guaranteeing money back if proven to be forgeries and abbey road comes with extra 'authentication' from Donald Frangipani. Having read a fair bit on the site I know full well the names and business I've mentioned will have a lot of people shaking their heads and if they do turn out to be forgeries then I could with advice on what (if anything) I could possibly do next. I've been in contact with Roger Epperson and he has confirmed my fears.

Like I said, be gentle and any correspondence would be greatly received.

In terms of music, it's wise you take Roger's opinion over the rest.

If you bought those from Antiquities in Vegas and they have a Frangipani authentication then there is no reason to look at them. They are FORGERIES!!!

Welcome, youve come to the right place. Most people here just want to be helpful and above all get it right. You are right though ,that place does not have a good reputation. There are a lot of flashy autograph stores in Las Vegas and every time I visit I do walk around them. Unfortunately I would never buy anything from them. Good luck and I hope you might be able to recoup some of your money.

there is only one picture

Saying "Don Frangipani" is enough for me...I think he was busted in"Operation Bullpen"...he never met an autograph he didn't like...

If it came from Antiquities, its probably fake. And if Roger said those particular names are fake, then they are. You will be in for a fight to get your money back, but fight hard!!! And dont except store credit. No reason to swap fakes for fakes

You will have to fight hard to get your money back from them

Maybe it would be an idea to get some legal advice but remember to include the p & p in the amount of money you have lost when you speak to someone because  clearly you wouldn't have needed p & p had the Autograph company not been so dishonest

This inclusion is also necessary because the legal firms I spoke to when I had a similar problem only wanted to get involved if the sum involved was above a certain amount.   However, I am sure that the amount of money you paid for all these Beatles must have  come to a reasonable amount;

 I assume you still have original receipts and p & p receipts from Usa to here
