Bob Marley - Opinions Please??

I'm after a bob marley and came across this item but not sure if its authentic any opinions would be helpful the item comes with paperwork from sportizus is this a reputable company?

In my opinion this is not a genuine autograph from Bob Marley. Good luck finding a real one.
