Jsa Cert Issue

I just recently bought this 8x10 with a JSA sticker and cert, and when I went to verify it in their database and it says it does not match their records..The signature itself looked good compared to my IP one. Ive never dealt with JSA before so is this something that happens with them or should I be concerned?

The same thing happened with a JSA certified item that I purchased. I called JSA and they added the item to the database.

Has happened a couple of times, give them a call or email and they usually sort in a couple of days
