Yeah, I thought so. I'm getting better at this. The original shot that the previous seller had listed looked real. He emailed me back saying he sent me the one received in error, and would send the other along. But, I don't trust anything regarding him anymore.
The previous seller also has a Madonna autograph current listed which is almost identical to the autograph I received, aside from the fact that it's a 'League of Their Own' set photo. No ones autograph is that identical from signing to signing. It's a forgery.
I'm going to be dumb and ask what you mean by an uninscribed autograph. I'm assuming you mean not personalized or made out to someone. Personally, that doesn't brother me (although uninscribed is, of course, more aesthetically pleasing).
I hate the idea of spending a great deal of money, but have almost accepted the fact that I'll probably have to. If I had the money I'd probably buy the Evita autographs on eBay for 600.00 that was cleared by Rodger.
