Is this Bob Dylan autograph real?

Hey, I´m new in this forum.

The ebay-seller says that Dylan signed this picture in Berlin last year after a concert.

What do you think?

doesn't look like any i have seen....most of his newer ones seem really sloppy and are usually inscribed to someone.  but i sure don't know it all.....he doesn't sign much anymore

And whats about this one? Ist looks very similar. The owner says, it was signed after a concert in Hamburg, Germany.
