I wouldn't touch it. The MM is definitely off and some of the other signatures contain very similar handwriting (particularly the signature immediately above the "MM"").

i to am feeling uneasy, please look at the letter "A" in Chandler, Davies, Marilyn, Frank, Dean, they all look very similar, in my opinion, also the MM letters looked worked at, just a gut feeling, that's all, I am probley wrong, and will end up at RRauctions and sell for a fist full of dollars haha
