How is Paul Simon at signing in person at hotel, venue, airport, etc? thanks.

I tried him for years at hotels, restaurants and airports and got nothing but a smile if I was lucky. I am hoping when he comes here with Sting he will be more relaxed and will sign

I have to say that you will need a whole lot of luck to get Paul Simon to sign something today. He have been a very tough signer for a long time. I have personally been able to get him at three different occasions, but the last time was 2004 on a Simon and Garfunkel tour. And if he signs, it will not be anything that Art have signed. If you like a challenge, go for it. I don't know if anyone got him when he and Sting played here in Orlando earlier this year.

Absolutely, no S&G albums. If you try him, I would go with the Graceland LP. Its the record he is most proud of. Thats what he FINALLY signed for me.

he is never good any more on show days, but does sign if you can catch him away from the venue on an off day or at special events. he was nice enough to sign last year at the rogers centre before taking in a yankees blue jays game with his son. as odd as it may sound i have had a harder time with art.

Does anyone know why he wont sign items with Art on them??? Im sure this is common knowledge, but i really wasnt aware there was conflict between the 2.

Maybe he was just in a really good mood but Paul Simon signed after his show in Arizona back in 2011. He was refusing S & G items but he did sign my Graceland album.
