I don't think this is real. Doesn't" look like other examples from that period.

Dylan never struck me as the type to quote song lyrics with his signature. The Dylan autographs I have seen from 64-65 often look sort of bubbly. I recall Roger Epperson in his Signed, Sealed, Delivered catalogue had one you could compare it to --

I believe he did a couple of times during the early to mid 60's.
