help ...can anyone identify this autograph

i bought a large collection a while ago and managed to authenticate all the other autographs but i am lost on this one ,does anyone have any idea ...the collection was mainly a mix of music and amercan sports personalities   thanks in advance  sorry for the poor picture quality

It looks to be Charlie Watts from the Rolling Stones, but I can't help with an option on this, if it's authentic or not.
