Beatles Signed Tourbook - Heritage Auctions

Heritage has a lot of Beatles related items going up for auction this weekend.  This one looks pretty good to me.

And so, what do Heritage say about this one? The previous page of opinions here are pretty damning and certainly the 'Love' from Ringo makes this a fake they are selling.

There are a few auction houses Franks contracted to authenticate beatles autographs, Heritage may be one.

well executed but made mistakes. The "ingo" in Ringo looks wrong. The "o" in John looks wrong (doesn't he usually hook either end? As well as the other stuff mentioned.

I would not buy this as well.
