I had seen the first one before and it looks authentic to me. I believe that it was included in an autograph book along with a number of other signatures.

I found the original auction listing, which says that the book also includes 20+ Dundee Football Club autographs, John McNally and Mike Pender from The Searchers and 14+ Celtic Football Club autographs.
