Eric Clapton Autograph Signed "Unplugged Album Sleeve" 1995

I came about this piece from my mum, she had been keeping it for me since 1995 and has just decided to give it to me, apparently she went to school with one of his session players and gave him the cd cover to ask Eric to sign for her..and this is it..

I'm quite sure it's real..what are your thoughts please
