Richard is one of the toughest autographs in music.  be careful who you buy from.  He did a private signing with Michael Wehrmann back in the 90's and I heard he used to set up a table after his concerts where he would charge 75.00 to sign what they sold there, but Im not sure how often that happened.  He is very hard on the street though.
