Obtaining non signed photos

So I'm having difficulty finding unsigned 11x14 photos of various people. Before trying to buy autographed photos I figured I'd try to mail a few out to see if I could get them signed and returned (I've heard some people having luck with getting celebrities to sign and mail them back).

I've looked on Ebay and most of the 11x14 size are already signed not a big selection on unsigned photos. Anyone have any advice on where to buy unsigned photos of celebrities.

I still have a question. This process interests me as I do alot of matting and this would allow me greater creativity in my projects. Walmart will allow celebrity photos to be processed from a digital print without copyright issues? Don't want to end up in some legal issue that can be avoided.
