I agree and concur Mark.

Looks like the books IMO

Agreed.

It looks similar to this one. Right?

I concur with Steve Cyrkin, Mark Roberts, and Steve Viola.

Based on what exactly?

Based on my post. My posts said just so you know - is I concur with Steve Cyrkin. Now what's so hard for you to understand about that? I've posted so many photo's of Jerry actually signing stuff and what are you doing on here - still debating. What you working for the Lewis Family? LOL

I have seen Jerry Lee Lewis himself sign thousands of signatures for fans and even shot photographs for the fans. Ballroom all I want is for you to have a legitimate autograph. The fact that Harper Collins as I have stated said they did not witness the signing, then said the management was there when they were signed - then the management points to JW Whitten. Why no phone calls back? I mean what amuses me and this is the point - Jerry Lee Lewis got his reputation by being the bad boy of rock and roll. He went against the IRS multiple times, had property seized by the IRS - (ie., cars, pianos, etc.) hid assets, and the reality of it is - no matter how anyone rationalizes it - Jerry is the Killer. Cecil Harrelson never put up with his crap and that was his very best friend. Cecil mind you recorded the first song ever of Jerry Lee Lewis when they were teenagers in New Orleans called "New Orleans Boogie". That record which is 1/1 was left in his estate to his daughter. Cecil stayed at the ranch. I really feel heartbroken for you and I think you need to come to terms with the points that I'm making. Point #1 - Jerry has had I dunno how many surgeries over the past couple of years. In the video at the Barnes & Nobles he struggles to get up a couple of times. If he did sign the books why is there no signs of his severe pain he is in from his back, and the shaking that I visibily noticed in person at Belterra, Casino when he signed an autographed poster for me. He is almost 80 years old. Do you think they would all flow. I'll upload one that was signed over to Cecil for his estate (Jerry Lee Lewis' boyhood and best friend) that I now have in my collection that would suggest that I am right on this issue. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. This is authentic and was signed by Jerry Lee Lewis to his best friend Cecil J. Harrelson that I have the blessing of having in my collection.

Here is the photo. Signed before Cecil died in June of 2013.

If you’ve studied his signature for that period of time and witnessed that many autographs being signed, I would expect you to be able to recognize the characteristics associated with authentic Jerry Lee Lewis signatures contained within the book signatures. It should at least give you pause for thought, with your level of experience. Have you seen and can you show any known J.W. Whitten secretarials containing those characteristics? I made a list of them earlier in this discussion.

Do you know how repetitive your posts are and how much in denial you are? You wouldn't take a photo of proof for evidence of Jerry Lee Lewis signing something so no one can answer your question. This inner turmoil that you're in is impossible for me to solve. I'm not God. Pause for thought? That's why I posted the images of Jerry signing stuff. If that isn't good enough for you I'm sorry. I dunno what to say other than LOOK AT THE ONES JERRY LEE LEWIS SIGNED WITH PHOTOGRAPHS ACCOMPANYING THEM!

Jeffrey...your input is appreciated.  Thanks for sharing your insight.

Disagreements make the online world go round.  Especially when it comes to a fraud-filled field like autographs.
After all, everyone is entitled to his opinion...even when it flies in the face of the evidence.

In this case, there is substantial evidence from the signatures and the business behaviors exhibited by all parties...pointing to the likelihood that JLL did not sign the Barnes & Noble books.

The only evidence we've seen to the contrary is an assertion (that someone said he obtained months before the PIX11 story) by JLL's wife that he does all his own signatures and rather oddly making threats about suing people who state otherwise.  But that assertion is highly questionable for three main reasons:

1. The self-interested nature of Judith Brown's statement.

2.  The requirement that she would have to know about all signings of JLL's name.

3. That anyone believing it would also have to believe that ALL the signatures directly traceable to JLL or his camp were made by the same hand: the known in-persons, the pick guards, the books, the ones obtained through the mail. The diversity in those signatures casts grave doubt that they came from one person.  Indeed, just the two signature exemplars from PIX11 seem very unlikely to have been made by the same person.

So don't take the disagreements to heart. There are people in this world who, for whatever reasons, will retain confidence in those seeking to mislead them, regardless of all the evidence to the contrary.

Confidence.

That's what crooks and others not well-intentioned want you to have. That's where the word "CON" in "con man" comes from. A "good" con man is so adept at instilling this confidence that he can bilk people over and over again.

All you can do is expose the fakes and the fraud.  You can't force people to accept the likely truth.
