This is a big signed guitar scam, it's all over craigslist and local newspapers.. Usually with a story of someone getting divorced and needing to sell their collection quickly. All of them have these BS Elite COAs and BS appraisals for thousands of dollars. On Craigslist they typically only ask a few hundred bucks for each one, which is why they are selling them.
