As I mentioned earlier, I would be almost positive it's a reproduction. In fact, I think it was made using this same signature as the one on this replica ball

I am not expert on Ruth....but with as many years a TPA's have been around, almost impossible to believe that a beauty like this wouldn't have been authenticated and sold.  With no TPA you are only going to get a small portion of the actual worth of the item.  

I would trust PSA or JSA 100% on Ruth.

Way too much inconsistency in the ink pressure. Appears as a reproduction.
